Disclaimer

VA Pay IQ is an independent educational calculator platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or the Department of Defense.

Calculators on this site:

Estimate compensation or ratings from the inputs you enter and the published sources cited on each page.
Do not approve disability claims, change disability ratings, determine medical eligibility, guarantee back pay, approve CRSC, or replace an official VA or DFAS determination.
Do not provide accredited claim representation or benefits filing assistance.
Do not model Special Monthly Compensation in Phase 1, and do not decide whether a spouse, child, or parent qualifies as a dependent — VA's own qualification and filing rules apply.
Label hypothetical scenarios as hypothetical. A scenario result is not a promise of an award.

If a calculator result differs from your VA award letter, the award letter and VA.gov govern. Report a suspected calculator error through the contact route once it is published at launch;
